You can contact me via the contact form, by phone or by email. I attach great importance to attentively meeting your needs and wishes right from the start. That is why I offer you a free initial consultation, which can take place over the phone, video call or a Zoom call, depending on your preference. During this conversation we have the opportunity to discuss your ideas and wishes for your dream vacation in detail. If you prefer a personal exchange, I also offer the option of getting to know you in person. Please note that there are fees for this service. At this meeting we can go through all the details of your dream vacation in a relaxed atmosphere and further refine the planning of your perfect vacation.
Travel planning
After our initial exchange and discussion of your holiday wishes, I will prepare a detailed travel planning proposal and a cost estimate for you. Once you are happy with the itinerary and the cost estimate, you can confirm your booking by paying 80% of the estimate. This deposit allows me to secure your booking and start the final planning of your trip. To offer you the greatest possible flexibility, I accept various payment methods, including PayPal and payment by QR code. These payment methods are secure and efficient, allowing for a quick processing of your transaction.

I will pick you up personally at your desired location to ensure that your trip starts smoothly. This individual pick-up is an integral part of my service to ensure that you can start your adventure comfortably and stress-free. During the trip, I will be at your side as a travel companion. I am not only responsible for the organization and coordination on site, but also for ensuring that you have an all-round pleasant travel experience. As your direct contact, I will take care of any concerns, questions or requests for changes that may arise during the trip. My goal is to give you an unforgettable vacation where you can fully concentrate on the experiences and discoveries while I take care of the details.
